The Fastpoint detectable cable ties incorporate a special polymer compound (patent pending) that can be detected by X-ray equipment, metal detectors, and visual inspection equipment. Particularly recommended for applications in food, pharmaceutical, and other contexts where contamination detection systems are used, where residues from cable tie installation (tail trim) are not allowed in the finished product.
