The registered user you will evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any 3d models, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such 3d models; under no circumstances will Fastpoint S.r.l. be liable in any way for any 3d models or arising from any 3 models, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any 3 model, or for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any 3 model, including harm from viruses or harmful code.

It is recommended to always request samples for the downloaded 3d models and to test them for the specific application; it is sole responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of these products for use in their business.

You may use Content for internal computer-aided design use only. You may not (i) distribute the 3d models as part of any service, (ii) copy or post any 3 model on any Internet site without permission of Fastpoint S.r.l. (iii) broadcast 3 model via any media, or (iv) use the 3d model in a manner that is competitive with the 3D Fastpoint service. Registered Users may not modify the 3d model in any way or reproduce or publicly display, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use the Content for any public commercial purpose.
